"From zero to zen in 25 minutes."
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork refers to the practice of breathing and the term is similar to saying “fitness”.
My Technique
Conscious Connected Circular Breathing (also called Rebirthing and Conscious Energy Breathing.)
Three breaths through the open mouth; two in and one out. Breathing deeply into the belly and chest. You don’t stop at the top or the bottom and it is breathing in a continuous circle for 25-27 minutes, with no spaces or retention between breaths.
This open mouth breathing technique is not hyperventilating but hyper oxygenating. It’s what free divers do. Most people have never even felt this amount of oxygen in their body and never felt this much energy alive in themselves.
Most of us are breathing shallowly. That's where anxiety, fear, tension, grief and anger reside. Breathing deeply into our diaphragm or belly is a type of a breathing that not only helps strengthen your diaphragm, but allows you to access your stored emotions that we continually stuff down.
Breathing deeply and getting still is the basis for almost all meditation and relaxation techniques. Just slowing down and engaging deep breaths can lower our stress, reduce our blood pressure and regulate important bodily processes.

I’ve been meditating for 13 years yet didn’t want to teach it. I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade but didn’t want to teach it. I did a Breathwork class once and knew I would share it. This is a hack. This technique simply gets you there faster. Look, I’m never going to get the runners high. I’m not running a marathon or doing an Ironman and even those athletes don’t experience the runners high every time. It’s not a sure thing. I know now that the runner’s high is brought on by the breath. When we breathe like this we are flooding our bodies with oxygen and it changes us on a molecular level plus shuts down the ego which allows access to our true self.
Come on, it’s the best ride in town and all that for 25 minutes of breathing!
